How to ask your users to update their contacts for specific devices

Follow these steps to perform this action:


First you go to Reporting > Devices report and select in the dropdown "Specific devices", than you choose the device you wish, Cell Phone for example, and then you can select "not configured", and it will list you the users.

Then if you click on the "Send reminder" blue button, you will get to a new notification window, with all these users set as recipients:

If you click on the "Report users" recipient, and then on the "Group Membership" tab, you will be able to see the full list to make sure you have the correct users selected:

That workflow should allow you to send and schedule reminders to any users to update their personal info through a regular notification.
